How I work

An integrated approach to lasting change

I draw on several evidence-informed disciplines and combine them to fit you — not a standardised programme you're slotted into.

I'm trained in solution-oriented, strategic therapy — I learnt from students of Erickson, and I believe in this approach because it works from the premise that we are not broken or lost in our past experiences.

My therapy is brief, collaborative, and focused on your strengths and your future rather than an excavation of your past. Here's how the pieces fit together:

01

Integrative Psychotherapy

Drawing from systemic, solution-focused, and person-centred frameworks, this is the relational foundation. It helps you understand the patterns, beliefs, and experiences shaping your thoughts, feelings, and relationships — through a carefully held conversation in which what's been hard to say, or even see, becomes possible to work with.

02

Clinical Hypnosis

A research-supported technique using focused, relaxed attention to access mental processes beyond conscious effort. You remain fully aware and in control throughout — this is deep absorption, not drama. Particularly effective for anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, and patterns that haven't shifted with talk therapy alone.

03

Strategic Therapy

Rooted in the Ericksonian and solution-oriented traditions, this is brief and future-focused. It identifies the strengths you already have and builds a practical way forward, rather than dwelling extensively on the past.

04

Life & Leadership Coaching

Informed by adult development theory and years of executive coaching experience — helping you clarify direction, navigate professional transitions, and align your decisions with what actually matters to you.

Who I work with

Mostly women, at a turning point

My practice primarily serves women navigating a significant moment — though I do consider inquiries from men, couples, and families. Every session is online, so you can work with me from wherever you are, in whatever time zone.
